Found this on Boing Boing, one of my favorite blogs...

“Blogger and NBC combat correspondent Kevin Sites was taking time off in southeast Asia when the tsunami took place. He remained in the region to file reports, and has just now posted this extensive first-hand account -- with photos -- documenting some of what he witnessed in Banda Aceh, Indonesia.”

The writing is excellent and conjures the horrid reality that beset the tsunami victims, their beloved and those left to sift for bodies among the overwhelming devastation.
