Nothing like being awake for 42 hours in a row to simmer the mind down to the bare elements of clarity. Or whatever this feeling is called...

I take it you're an insomniac then?.. me too. I've adapted over the years to function on 3 hours sleep, but on those occasions when I'm up all night long, anything past that 40 hr mark and my brain is like cottage cheese! ¤Holly
I’m bordering on being a somnambulistically insomniacal writer. How the hell did I even come up with that term in this state, at this hour? I’m not even a writer at this point. I just smile when a good song comes on and answer the phone when it rings. Guess it’s time to reevaluate things.
